I have seen Marc a few times over the years but have to say I have not seen him in better shape that he is now. Looks like a Greek god come to life. He uses multiple techniques and know the human anatomy extremely well. Plus shared a few helpful diet and exercise regimens. And finished with stretching just “set in” the elongation of those tight muscles.
