Great experience!  Jacob greeted me with a hug and we talked about my needs and where my pains were and he did an excellent job addressing each issue, asking me how it felt.  He looks better than any picture and had a warm smile and engaging personality.  Hope he visits San Diego often so I can see him again.  Definitely recommend.
