DonnySF provided me an outstanding, relaxing, and therapeutic deep-tissue massage recently. I'm fairly senior, in my early 70's, and his knowledgeable touch and excellent instincts as to pressure depth left me feeling a good 20 years younger. My upper back and shoulder area is usually tight and almost constricted; after the massage, I felt a whole lot more comfortable in this area. Ditto my lower back, which, perhaps from overly-long sessions of just plain sitting in my daily life, suffers stiffness and a dose of minor pain when I do rise. Donnie's massage depth and pressure really helped that area, also. He's overall one of the best massage therapists I've ever experienced, and I have experienced nearly 100 of them in my long life. Along with his expertise in the mechanics of massage, his caring attitude and welcoming demeanor made my presence in his massage space feel like a trip to Shangri-La, yeah, from the movie. But without the 'problems' encountered in Shangri-La by the actors in that classic old film. I left the massage much lighter on my feet and with a new perspective, all thanks to Donnie's gifted touch and powerful attentions to the areas of my body that were out of whack before this massage, and I would gladly patronize Donnie again. And again to the 3rd power!  He exceeded all expectations!
