I didn’t quite know what to expect when I booked this session, but it was an excellent experience overall. Chester gave me a bunch of options for the session, and my ADHD self appreciated the fidget ***s he had to play with while he explained things. I chose the dual breathing, which had us back to back with our arms interlocked in different positions doing fast and slow breathing. I was buzzing and lightheaded, but it did feel really good. Some parts of the session took place on mats on the floor, and others were on a massage table. I didn’t get to try everything on his menu, but I will definitely be back and look forward to exploring more.
